Swiss Chalet - Lambeth Canada

I put one star because that is the lowest option but really it is a zero. We ordered through skip the dishes. The order was not complete. I called the restaurant and got a run around and they hung up on me. I called skip the dishes and got a run around. No one is apparently responsible for an incomplete order. We will never go to Swiss Chalet or use skip the dishes again. I hope it was worth losing a customer and the bad reviews.

The hostess and server were excellent. It was extremely busy and they could not have been more friendly, welcoming and efficient. Server was Hailey. Will definitely be back to this location.

Twice my grandmother has ordered food, home delivery. Food has been left outside the door and it's been very cold. She is 71 and has mobility issues, she does not handle stairs very well and also has trouble bending. The food is expensive and should warrant the respective attention to detail. She was getting frustrated over the phone since they kept redirecting her calls.

Tasty food, decent service, and tucked into a corner which was nice.

Ordered online and picked up in store. Got home and order was missing items. Attempted 4 times to call to get a refund for missing items. Only got through once to the actual store who said that they do not complete refunds and I would have to call back and speak with someone in regards to pick up/ delivery. I call them and they said nope it’s the store managers problem, I asked for the managers name and they didn’t know. Called the store and haven’t been able to get through since. Terrible customer service. No need for such a hassle for a simple refund.
