Good Fortune - Lambeth Canada

This placed was located in a quiet north London strip plaza and was mostly take away food. Have had some good meals here but nothing outstanding and the competition and lower price items from the new players in the area like United Grocers, who serve a very reasonably priced and a large offering and excellent low priced take away selection of Chinese food, has forced Good Fortune to reconsider its survival. Rumours have them moving to another city. Another example how restaurant survival is always on razors edge.

Disappointed. I enjoy eating here but tonight I tried to call 3 times and there was no answer. This has happened before, it seems like they have hours but decide to change them when they feel like it. I am starting to get very frustrating and ready to find another place to eat!

So disgusting. The sweet and sour spare ribs didn't even have any pork in them. If you weren't eating breaded nothingness, then you were spitting out cartilage. The chow mein looked like dog food, really just didn't even want to try it. Overly salty and bleh.

Great food. I've been ordering for years and has never been disappointed. The food portions are great and reasonably priced. The chef there does an amazing job as well as the employees.

Chow mein was ok.. mow ill find out their beef with broccoli lol
