Chuck's Roadhouse Grill

The Porterhouse steak we ordered was not fresh, to say the least. At the top, it seemed fine, but halfway through, I started to detect an unusual taste, which I eventually realized it had gone bad.I double-checked repeatedly to make sure it wasn't just my palate, but it was definitely the meat. Towards the bottom, the stench became quite noticeable. It was absolutely revolting, and I'm relieved I didn't suffer from food poisoning.Spoke to the manager, who denied any issue with the steak and offered a 50% discount, although that's not the main concern. You simply cannot serve spoiled food. Anyway, I have no intention of ever returning to this place. I suppose you get what you pay for.Service was slow but overall ok.

It so sad that I have to write this review because I’ve been to Chucks many many times not this location but it is definitely one of my husbands and I favourite date night place to eat until today. Tonight we arrived around 10pm…. 10mins went by… no server came. We stopped one that was walking by.. she was like oh sorry we are changing servers but I’ll get your drinks… took our drink order… and nothing… it was 10:28 and we still hadn’t received our drinks. I asked to speak to a manager… the drinks arrived then the manager came… I don’t believe that was the manager as I saw him bring food to different tables… he looked more like a chef to me. Anyways, no acknowledgement or resolution for not being serve for almost 30mins… although a group of young guys walked in while we were waiting for the “manager” and they got a server right away and taking their orders within 5 mins of walking into the restaurant. There are camaras there so this would be a good idea for the real managers and owners to look at because I could not believe the discrimination of choosing who is worth serving or not. Very very sad experience. We left… at the end one of the girls in the entrance said have a great night… even though she was one of the people that kept walking around us cleaning tables… and knowing we didn’t get serve. My husband just said “We didn’t even get serve” and we left.

Great customer service and lovely drinks. After 9pm they have a great deal, all appetizers for half price.

Recommend officeI went to the Wellington Dentistry and they did amazing job they make me smile again they fixed my front two teeth same day I went there highly recommended

Food was terrible smoked meat sandwich was dry, onion rings overcooked, fries soft and soggy. Mercifully, the burger was ok! Waiter offered to make things right by replacing the sandwich with something else, but we didn't have time to wait for that.
