A kitchen of beautiful products, sublimated, that express themselves in the most beautiful ways in a plate or tradition and a mix of contemporary for our greatest pleasure. Beautiful and good that does good!
A culinary experience that will not leave you insensitive... A perfect balance for this lunch on the terrace. Local products, short-circuit preference, discreet and yet very attentive service, elegant dishes, gourmet and full of flavors. We're having fun with dessert... we'd never like to stop! Bravo to the team because in this context, it is not obvious, and despite all, the customer experience is impeccable!
Great experience every time, since the arrival of Édouard Chouteau the kitchen is fine, sought after, generous... The humility of the chef is disconcerting, it is available, welcoming, warm and very friendly. There's a great team cohesion. Thanks to Florent also the master of the hotel, Quentin the sommelier as well as the whole brigade, the ones we see and those we do not see. If you pass this way, it is an experience to live, we feel good! Nothing to envy a starred restaurant, you deserve it. We count on you to get it, you have a lot of abilities and skills.
A quality establishment has every sight! A rich experience in culinary discovery, refined cuisine, delicious! The team and facility are of exceptional quality. We were able to meet the chef at the beginning of the meal, but also after a visit to the kitchen, as well as the wine cellar. Thank you all!
