El Cevichano - Lambayeque

Roaming Miraflores district I came across this market stand, do not fear that it is a stable, the freshness and cleanliness of this place will make a difference. Ordnete a ceviche with chaufa... And a big Cusqueña. Great food and reasonable prices. Will Def is back.

My first day in Lima and my guide recommended to visit El Cevichano on the market. At first I was a bit skeptical, but sit down and take lunch and it was AMAZING!! Fresh source and price well, get a front and middle seat to create talented chefs their masterpieces. And I also found them to be really sweet people. I had the lunch special that started with a fish broth soup and then healthy portions of ceviche that you can ask for level of spicy, rice and seafood dish along with fired seafood. FABULOUS! I recommend this small place for real local cuisine from talented chefs.

This happens when you ask someone you don't know to take your photos, they are never so concerned to give some quality on the picture, but it keeps in our memory at least a wonderful moment with my friend Luis, my great reference in Lima, we went to Surquillo market where big kitchen cooks meet, and we stopped at the El Cevichano wherew on the market they govern!!! Very creative Ceviche creator from the hand of Luciano Pachas, a wonderful person and a genius in Peruvian cuisine. I recommend paying great travelers and good food a visit! And you will also visit a very interesting market near Miraflores.

Proper local source Peruvian food at a reasonable price in an authentic environment. Hustle and Bustle complement a great atmosphere and full of locals who are always a great sign.

At first when I saw the location I was not sure, but I noticed the clean smell and lack of fish smell despite being surrounded by the fresh fish of the market. The tables were busy with Peruvian customers. Fresh and delicious and half the price of local restaurants (12 scallops with Parmesan 35 sol)
