The Dierty one restaurent. Kitchen bathrooms were very diet. suddenly I saw the kitchen and they cook chicken. Use of meat and egg in the kitchen if I asked them to answer that we are not vegetarian only restaurent food is vegetarian. but cooking in...same kitchen and all pots and spoons use for veg and not veg food. Be careful.

Don't look very clean and that doesn't make your food taste so good...

El Eden in Tarapoto and her sister restaurant in Chachapoyas has wonderful, clean, fresh vegetarian cuisine. For lunch and dinner there is usually a menu for 5 soles, which includes a large bowl of soup and large duck. Not to be missed... there is fruit salad with honey. Very inexpensive, friendly staff. Closed on Friday night and reopened on Sunday morning. No alcohol served.
