Pizza Hut - Lakewood

Not as good as I am accustomed to. Dough not crispy; meat lovers didn't live up to my usual expectations. I might have to try the competition. Hand toss/ thin crust is usually pretty good. I'll have to give it another chance to see if this was a fluke.

Bring back the option to let me choose the type of style of crust offered as before on previous website ordering. That option was not available on this attempt. Other than that no additional changes are needed. Service exceptional as well as food taste. Thank You.

If I could give no stars I would it the chicken are described as to sauced and looks like red poop pizza good but those chicken wings

You would think that at this day and age customer service would be a little better specially if you want that tip but no... Got the wrong order once again and this time is the last time I will be purchasing with this company. Last time they messed my order up and mind you they have messed up 3 times before and you try to call and correct them they will just tell you what you want on the phone to get you to shut up and then you get nothing... I've even had the so called manger deliver my pizza and let me tell you he was no peach either and even had the nerve to complain that he doesn't do deliveries they are just short staffed! Maybe if you attitude dropped you would have more people willing to work with you!!!! Just drop that attitudes people!
