El Torito Taqueria Y Mas - Lakewood

I ordered through Chow Now. I got there when my order was suppose to be ready and they said they missed it which is fine. Then I ordered a horchata while I waited and asked for a small and she gave me a huge one for $5. The horchata was way too sugary. When I got my burrito it was the size of a taco and cost $8. Burrito was gross. Potatoes not cooked thorough and oily. Won’t be coming here again.

We love this place for a tex-mex meets authentic mex kind of place. They'll swap out yellow cheese for white cheeses and they have excellent, flavorful veggie options and meat options. My favorite things right now are the garden quesadilla, creamy chicken enchilada. Their carne asada street tacos could have been a little more tender imo... their queso dip is super yummy, I LOVE the avocados that sometimes come with their dishes.Vegetarian options: Impressive veggie options!

The queso was amazing. The carnitas were phenomenal and our waiter was great!

Great fajitas, good portion sizes, and fair prices. Awesome spot to stop after a mountain bike ride on Green Mountain.

This has been hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in a long time. I loved my dish. First time in a long time I have no complaints.
