Wendy's - Lakeland

My coworkers and I frequent this restaurant multiple times a week. While it can be slow at times, the staff have always been incredibly friendly and my orders have always been correct, which is rare for fast food establishments.

The service can be slow at times, even when you place your order in advance through the app.

When we arrived at the restaurant, there was a long line, but the staff did a great job of serving all the customers efficiently. Our order was sizable and was prepared without any problems. My baked potato came with the proper toppings and utensils, and there were plenty of napkins available. The employee we interacted with was friendly. Overall, we had a positive experience at this Wendy's location.

This Wendy's on Griffin Rd @Kathleen is the Headquarters for the Wendy's chain in the area. The order takers, cashiers and servers are always spit on, pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the overall seated dining area is always clean and easy-going. Management is always very great customer service oriented.

Got in the drive thru and couldn't decide what I wanted to eat. Asked the very nice young lady on the speaker what she would suggest for such a very cold day. She said a sour cream and chive baked potato and a small chili. Open your potato, butter it up, then pour your chili over it and top it off with sour cream. So that's exactly what I did, and it was glorious!! The perfect amount of food for mid afternoon and kept me warm til quitting time. Great job Wendy's!! Sorry I don't have pictures, but I was enjoying it too much to stop.
