Good food, great friendly service, the girl who was working the drive thru at 10:58 5/26/2023 was super sweet. I'd give it a 5 but your crunchwrap supremes need to be cooked 2 minutes longer. They are supposed to be firm.
I don't remember what I got at Taco Bell, but it was good. It was a box. They are nice, but the customers were noisy. One of them were customers, the manager's daughter (I think she was the manager, but I didn't ask). If she wasn't, then the management didn't care.
Everyone at this location, the one in front of best but, is always super friendly no matter what time I stop by but they need to slow down a little and read the screen a little closer. I am a creature of habit and usually get the same thing and request that they leave one thing off and add something else, which I get charged for and don't have a problem with that except that out of like sat the last 5 visits, I stop in every week, sometimes more than once, they never get my order correct. I have even requested as I'm ordering to please make sure that they get my order right. It's not even complicated. I'm tired of paying extra for one item, I even have it at home but I'm there so I figured it would be easier to have them do it, and not getting what I order!!! I am in the food service industry so I understand that mistakes happen but every single time I buy from ya'll???? And since I'm in the food service industry I am aware of the things that do go on in the kitchen so that's why I'm not putting my exact order in writing!!! Come on guys, i know it's late, I know you are ready to go home but maybe you should make a career change if you refuse to get the orders right
Horrible experience with the staff. Worst customer service when I approached the register to place order. I was told by 4 staff talking to each other doing nothing that I had to use the kiok, both being used by other customers. When I approached again to let them know I was paying cash, same staff all doing nothing said I had to still use the kiosk and then come back to the register. Seriously you would not wait on a customer and take an order at the register because all of you were busy talking and then one staff had the nerve to say well I never carry cash. Very bad behavior on the staff's part...
