Gosh! Asian Bistro Sushi - Lakeland

I’ve been going to gosh for many years and it used to be great. Now there is new management and the food quality has decreased tremendously. I got a Japanese tempura bagel roll and it had a minuscule amount of salmon in it. Back in the day it used to bang. The prices have also increased (fair enough because of inflation I guess). The waitresses were nice, but super disappointed the old management is gone. Today I went to gosh for the last time. All things must come to an end I suppose.

Great sushi! Great management. We love to eat here. We spend many special occasions here. The restaurant seems more lively and clean lately. Thanks Mindy for always remembering us and noticing the small things that make us keep coming back! Sushi is on point!

Food is marginal, but the service is beyond awful. Multiple times appetizers came after food. Servers not very good. Tried to talk to manager and he just looked at me and didn’t say anything. 7/11 sushi is more consistent and the service is better. Skip it. Much better options within 1 mile.

The food here is always good. Love the atmosphere and everyone here is nice and friendly. I would definitely come back a million times. I had the pho, pork springrolls, and taro boba and it definitely hits the spot.

They had mainly tempura food The waitress barely knew what she was talking about. The kids menu shows they get vegetables and rice and they come back and said all because it shows that doesn’t mean they get the sides with the chicken. The food was like a C- and the place smelled old and sour. Very disappointing. Would not ever come back. They need to take some tips from Sumo down the road. Go to Gosh if you don’t have sushi standards and enjoy gross Americanized sushi
