Prices are great. Food is excellent. Service is great. My husband and I love to split the huge Chef salad with the dark french dressing(do not be afraid to ask for extra dressing. We always do. and the French Dip sandwich (with xtra cheese and fries. The interior looks like the 70’s and 80’s, but the place has been around for many years and has an OLD diner charm atmosphere which we love. Being that this country has been so chaotic during the last few years, it feels absolutely wonderful to walk into a time capsule and pretend you are in another place in time! Service has always been excellent. The servers are great about checking back in with their tables a few times to ask if anything else is needed, which is a big deal. The drink cups are large, which is also a huge positive! (We hate when other places provide people with small drinking glasses and you have to ration sips during a meal If you are visiting for the first time, we suggest visiting on a weekday, not on a weekend when they are overly slammed with business. Hey, if an establishment is really good, it will be really busy on the weekends. My husband and I drive all the way from the Lake County area to eat here. Well worth the drive.
