I order from this Domino?s probably once a week and the delivery people are fantastic. The ?management ? is a joke. I ordered last week an item that I didn?t receive so I called them and spoke to someone who completely threw the delivery driver under thebus (so unprofessional) and said he could bring it out since he messed up or they can add it to my account for a future order. Idecided to go with add it to a future order. I placed an order yesterday and when the ?manager? answered the phone you couldalready tell she hates her job. But I asked her if she could add it to my order and she looked up my account and stated therewas not a note on my account and if I couldn?t give her the name of the manager I spoke to then I am then there is nothing shecould do for me. I again explained to her that I paid for it last week and she did not listen nor care, talked over me and toldme there was nothing she could do for me. I asked her what her name was and she told me legally she did not have to tell me andif I had a problem I could call 1800Dominos and the store was 3117. After reading other reviews from this store I think hername is destiny. There is no customer service at this store period. I think they need to reconsider how they choose theirmanagement, it?s embarrassing honestly. I am more than happy to give another business my money. So Dominos is losing a customerthat would place orders every week and tipped 20% every time over a $6 Parmesan bites. Way to go. ????????

I ordered a last week an article that I did not receive, so I called it and spoke to someone who threw the delivery driver completely under the bus (so unprofessional) and said he could bring it out since he messed up or they can add it to my account for a future order. I told her again that I paid for it last week, and she didn't listen, didn't take care of me, talked about me, and told me she couldn't do anything for me. I asked her what her name was, and she told me legally that she didn't have to tell me and if I had a problem, I could call 1800Dominos and load was 3117. after other reviews from this load I think that their name is skillful. there is no customer service in this storage period. I think they need to think about how they choose their administration, it's embarrassingly honest. I'm more than happy to give a different business my money. so dominos loses a customer who placed every week and taped 20% each time over $6 parmesan bits. How are you?
