Burger 21 Lakeland

I have placed the order twice, and both times they have given it to me badly, I place the order with vegetables and they send it to me without vegetables, it’s just bread with chicken.

Burger was asked for well done and wasn’t. Togo shake was made immediately and then melted as I waited for the meal. Asked and paid for extra ranch and didn’t get that either.

Their burgers are always awesome and they're very accommodating with gluten free needs!

Great burger, great place and great service. I would eat here again!
