My go to spot for that post/pre workout shakes and supplements! Both Carolyn and William are always able to answer my questions and direct me to what I’m looking for. Whether it’s recovery, energy, or a protein intake! Great smoothies/shakes!

Just received my order from grubhub, I got the German chocolate cake shake, it tasted like straight up powder. I also ordered a cookie and they didn’t have it found out by the guy who dropped off our food, like you couldn’t call and ask what other cookie I wanted. Will not be coming here again.

Just outstanding. Had a Vegan Chocolate Shake and bought a Container of Chocolate Vegan1 powder. Terrific staff.

I 'm not a member of LA fitness but I wanted a smoothie and they have a great selection! Carolyn and Jr were very helpful, nice and personable! I 'll DEF be back to try the other smoothies they carry. I tried The Emily w/ chia seed and it 's very very good! They also use delivery services like Uber and DoorDash! Thank you for being my knew go to place!
