Bidrage med feedbackMy sister and I love this place! Although the prices are a little high $13 for a sandwich), you get what you pay for, really tasty, organic meals. The food is delicious and I usually can't finish a whole sandwich and have it for dinner as well. Also, they know how to pour a glass of wine!! My personal favorite is the Provencal baguette with 1-3 glasses of red wine......please go check this place out. I live in downtown Lake Worth and want it to stay!
In the search for true French cuisine, this is the destination of choice. Their menu is filled with freshly prepared items, and the love of food present in this locally owned restaurant is tasted in every bite. The exacting nature of French cuisine will be noticed in the quality of preparation, and the time to get your meal. A wonderful choice for a relaxed, high quality meal.
This was my first experience at The French House, a breakfast and lunch restaurant with terrace. It was a quiet Wednesday and as I walked in around 1 pm; I was greeted with a smile and explained the menu. At first look, I thought the price was a little steep: $10-15 for most salads and sandwiches … but then my “Paysan” sandwich arrived and it was TO DIE FOR! Served warm on a baguette, the caramelized onions were sweet and the melted Brie cheese flawlessly well-matched with the baby arugula. Every bite was an absolute delight. My side dish was a small salad, colorful and delicious. To conclude my meal, I ordered an espresso which came with a square of dark chocolate … lovely touch. I plan to return to try their weekend brunch menu which includes French and American favorites (pancakes, French Toasts, French crêpes, assorted cheese and meat plates … .
Had a delicious, plentiful, Ceaser Salad with smoked salmon, comte cheese and an amazing homemade Ceaser dressing. Jen was an easy going friendly waitress.
A lovely little cafe that is family owned and operated. Delicious brunch with a nice variety of teas. Very nice atmosphere and very gracious service. A sweet spot. :
