Bidrage med feedbackThis has been my boyfriend and I’s favorite restaurant for quite some time now. Ever since new management has taken over, it has definitely changed the overall experience for the worse.The “new” menu, is really the same menu minus a few key items except the menus haven’t been updated so they show to still be available. Online the menu has not been updated either. Pricing/food has not been updated while it has definitely changed. (Prices have gone up, as well as menu items no longer being available.)The fish cuts have deteriorated drastically. On numerous occasions I have had to cut off fatty pieces of fish when I receive my food.Other times our call in orders have been completely wrong. I attempted to order a few orders of sushi, and instead was charged and given multiple rolls. (They provided us a gift card to account the difference so it isn’t the end of the world, but it should still be noted)Finally, their hours must have been changed and not updated online. My boyfriend and I attempted to call in food Sunday at 7:40, and the phone kept ringing once, and then going to voicemail. I eventually just drove to the location to order in person, and they were closed when online it clearly states they close at 9pm on Sundays.Overall it is just not the same experience. The quality, customer service, and attention to detail is really lacking. It is unfortunate because we really loved this place so much.I understand with new management taking over there is a period where everything has to adjust, however, it has been a handful of months now since management changed and it’s really just not a great excuse anymore.My boyfriend and I have been going twice a week regularly for a year now, and this has been our experience for 2 months.
Swing by for quick lunch, and was surprised by this restaurant. The place is kind of old and outdated, but the food is so good and service is great. For the price, which is below whatever other restaurant have right now, this is really good. The portion are generous. I had sushi which i finish before i remember to take a picture of it because it tastes so good and Chicken Katsu on lunch menu. Heard from the server that it is under new management, and they will remodel the restaurant to get it up to date. I am so excited and looking for my next visit whenever i am in town again. This is a hidden gem in the town. Looking at previous 1 star review, i don't experience any of the issues. It feels like the prev 1 star review is aiming at new management from disgruntled employees. It is great experience for me and i will be back for sure.
We were traveling and our kids wanted to find good sushi. There were 6 in our party and we were seated right away on a Friday night.Our chef was one of the best we've ever experienced at a hibachi grill, very entertaining to all ages.The food was cooked exactly as we ordered and so delicious.We had two sushi rolls that were very fresh.Others at our grill expressed this is their favorite local place. Definitely a hidden gem.
This is by far my favorite sushi place! It’s such a relaxing place to eat, the lightning is perfect and just makes it such a comfortable environment. The food and service is always amazing, but today in particular our waitress was the sweetest! Her name was Terry. She was so kind and generous to me, my fiancé and our son. An amazing lady!Our food was also delicious so compliments to the chefs!
While the location doesn't look ideal, don't judge this book by its cover. When you walk in, you instantly forget where you're at. Hibachi, Sushi Bar, or booth/table you can sit wherever you'd like. I came for the lunch special and got the largest fish portion which is their Sashimi Nigiri Combo. Honestly I usually can eat quite a bit of fish but after scarfing this down I was completely full. While the fish was room temperature, it was soft delicate when consuming. I believe based on experience alone this is a very nice place to be. The radio is turned up a bit much but other than that everything tasted great.
