Some employees are ridiculously rude! Besides, is it a beautiful place?

I ordered a chocolate cake? Donut with chocolate icing on the drive thru speaker. The woman in the window gave me a bag with a regular yellow donut with chocolate crushing. I told her again that I wanted the donut himself to be chocolate. She has an attitude and told me I have to tell them what I want! I DID! Then the other woman, the one who took my order on the speaker, did not hold a chocolate cake donut, which was clear glazed, chocolate icing. Still wrong, and they blamed me. Not the way to treat the person with the money. I took the donut that kept her from exasperation. It turned out that it was a soggy disappointment. I rarely eat donuts, but I had a desire. I'll never have another one in this place. Do not blame your customers for your inability!

I love the butter roasted bagel and a hot coffee with milk and sugar.

The location on the corner is bad. It's hard to get in and park if you want to go in. Great friendly service.

They need to stop putting these buildings in tiny parking lots, the lines are always out into the road, once you are in the line the lot is not big enough to leave if it's taking forever, they probably should of thought about a larger area where they can do two lanes because the amount of people in line everyday is crazy I can't even think about stopping for coffee for work even 25 mins earlier
