Red Lobster - Lake Worth Beach

My last visit at the Red lobster on Palm Beach lakes boulevard in West Palm Beach was very gratifying and left me with such a memorable great experience. One of the managers went over and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and pleased with everything that I ordered. I am so very glad that I gave Red lobster a second chance Honesty and Impeccable Customer Service speaks for itself. Everything that I ordered was excellent. A very bad experience was made into an awesome one.

My first time at Red Lobster in several years, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good as was the service, Colleen B. was a wonderful Server. The restaurant appeared clean and well kept.

Got there and waited to be seated which wasn't long. The guy who seated us had an attitude. My family and I ordered what was supposed to have been the endless shrimp ? and, it was more like endless salt . Yes the food was salty and the garlic butter sauce for the scampi tasted like a substitute. The more shrimps we ordered, we noticed the smaller the portions kept getting (like the order was for a four year old). You would think that the increase in this price would yield to a better quality in taste. Red Lobster, you need to go back to the good Ole days when you cared about the quality and what you served.

Ordered to go, food was cold and soggy. The to go specialist also scanned my receipt and stole my Red Lobster Reward points so I couldn’t even receive the points I paid for. Won’t be back.
