Bidrage med feedbackThe prime rib was delicious and so tender I could cut it with a spoon. The salad bar was full of many choices and a premium blend of greens. Our server was prompt, courteous and attentive. We highly recommend this place!
Everything that we have eaten here has been great. I have ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger the last 2 times we are here and it is outstanding. Highly recommend this place!
Someone in Storm Lake referred us to Ryan's when we were vacationing after we asked around where a great place to eat was. Boy, are we glad we went! My husband is a picky prime rib eater and he said this may be the best prime rib he's ever had! I had the 1/2 chicken and it was fantastic! The 2 boys had the kids' chicken strips and they said they were the best they ever had! Prices average, not cheap, not expensive. Nice, clean place. The only thing was our waitress did stop by much to see what we needed or how everything was. Sometimes another person would get what we needed. Not sure what happened to her, even though we would see her intermittently. Unfortunately, we didn't tip her the usual 20% like we usually tip because it wasn't earned. Other than that, it was a great experience! We will definitely come back if in the area!
We came in a very large group of 15. They took a reservation a week in advance. The table was ready before we even arrived. The restaurant is situated next to the lake. It's a very pretty view and would be a great spot to eat at in the warmer months. They have a very nice outdoor patio area. The parking is perfect. First thing is your greatest very very well. The greater was incredibly friendly and nice. You walk in to a very open area. There's not much definition between where you stand to wait, where you pay, and the seating. Which is sad because the area behind the counter is so large that it could be utilized way better. Unfortunately since we had such a large party we where placed right next to the door. The cold air was constantly blowing in on us, due to this lack of separation. The food here is pretty good. They have a salad bar that's not to big, but it's not bad. In my opinion, if you have to add it on to your meal, it's not worth it. We got a bunch of appetizers. We had the onion rings, cheese balls, hot wings, and cheesy potatoes. They where all very good. None of them where to greasy or to salty. For dinner we had a mix of everything from steaks to sandwiches. I got the Philly cheesesteak. They did the sandwich very well and I was pretty impressed with the taste. It wasn't to salty and it wasn't dry. They offer very large portions of steaks and ribeyes. Which is what the rest of my group ordered. They did these very well to. All of them where cooked perfectly. The ones I tasted where well seasoned. They also have sandwiches and salads. Price wise its a little pricey for steaks but worth it due to the size they give you. Sandwiches are decently priced. All of the food is bought local. It's fresh and tastes fresh. The wait staff seemed rushed but they handled it very well. The biggest problem I can see is that the bathrooms and the exit to the kitchen is located in a tight area. It makes it very hard for the wait staff to move about and it shows that the staff gets slightly flustered by the clutter of it. Also we didn't know that at the end of the meal we had to pay up front instead of at the table. So that made it awkward because we sat for a very long time not knowing this. Overall I would like to return and try it again in the summer months. Good food and pretty good service!!
