Ihop - Lake Jackson

It was late in the evening the restaurant was about half empty but we still had to wait to get seated and waited quite a while to get our order.

Food is always on point! Michelle is an amazing waitress. Thanks so much!

Good food. Great service. The atmosphere was questionable in the folks being crass and intoxicated, but no fault of IHOP.

Usually, when I and my friend come, we have a great experience, but tonight was the worst at all and I honestly don't want to go back because it is. I waited there to get tired, had to call there on the only server. got our drinks, ordered, and I had noticed 10-15 minutes later that she was standing there on the screen, looked out and she still put our order in. then takes forever with the food. eating came out, I got the rice that it seemed boiled over, speck over boiled, and huh tasted bad. also decided to get cubes. they were also cooked. my friend got the steakburger, who should have a speck and it wasn't like that or came with the soße. about her barely came to check on us, because I had to be one of those who hate an empty cup. then went back where she was when we arrived and more people came in. I'll try again sometime, but today.

Brendan was our waiter. Happy, friendly, and speedy service. Very friendly, kids liked him. Food was amazing, hot n fresh. Everyone was happy with their order. Keep up the good work
