Geneva Chophouse - LAKE GENEVA

An amazing restaurant with top teir service. We have been here multiple times, and this time, our server was Jhu, who was absolutely remarkable. Jhu was on top of her game, very caring and attentive to us, even with a full restaurant. Everything we had tasted phenomenal. All the staff was great, including the busser/water filler, which I didn't catch his name, but he was also wonderful.

The appetizers were good ?. The drinks were good and expensive. However, the steaks were VERY SALTY. They were so SALTY that they almost tasted like the meat was spoiled. To say the least, we were VERY DISAPPOINTED with our anniversary experience at the Chophouse.

The waitress forgot about us four times, and had to be reminded after we patiently waited each time. Once for a food order that we placed immediately, and asked for it to be brought out before our main course (it came with the main course), once for a drink (she asked if Id like another cocktail even though I ordered one 15 mins prior), once for salt, and another for desert. I'm not an impatient person, but it almost seemed like it was being done on purpose. Other than that I would give it 5 stars. I spent quite a bit and tipped 25% anyway, but I would not return.

Steak was dry salty. Server was inattentive. Busboy was good. Went for our Anniversary. Will not go back. Over priced for the food. Disappointed.

NY wife and I were up for the week,and had dinner here. The food,service,were outstanding.you guys have the best people working here they were incredable. Darlene thank you for your wonderful service. And happy birthday!!!!
