In-n-out Burger - Lake Forest

I don’t come to this location often. This is my 2nd time here in maybe a year and a half. Now I remember why lol. 45 minutes on the drive-thru. Very busy. The staff could definitely use some more customer service training, not very friendly, their faces said it all, like we as customers were a burden to them. Weird feeling tbh! Got my food… shame I didn’t check before leaving (Mainly because it was so busy that I didn’t want to make it longer for others). I am missing fries. 3 burgers, 2 combos. Only 1 fries. Not cool at all! Should definitely check my Yelp before going back here in case I forget lol!

Good place for burgers. The fries were not that good, too, salty and too small cut it's hard to eat

Love visiting this location when I'm in town. In a nice peaceful neighborhood. Great burgers as usual. Get mine protein style.

I usually don’t give out reviews but after my exceptional service here I thought I should! I came in at about 12:30 AM on 8/22/24 and I thought I would be met with tired workers who understandably would just want to be home. But staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Great job guys!!

This In-N-Out location is exceptional and stands out as the finest I have ever visited. My patronage of this establishment dates back to 1983, and I have consistently encountered a welcoming and positive atmosphere. In particular, I would like to commend an employee named Kaylie for her outstanding service. Her friendly and professional demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. After speaking with the manager , she granted me a free shake for my birthday. She made me feel special
