Egg Harbor Cafe - Lake Forest

Long standing great breakfast place. I always order huevos rancheros even though it isn't on the menu

It turned out to be an excellent place to have breakfast/lunch with a friend you haven't seen in a while. Staff did not hustle us out when the meal was finished. Friendly sevice. Extensive menu. Parking was limited. It's in a busy business area on a well-traveled street. Food was okay--not exciting but not bad. I wouldn't return for the food, but I would return for a clean, centralized meeting place.

I enjoyed breakfast this morning with some friends, and found the staff to be excellent. We had a new employee taking our order who was a pleasure to work with. The food prepared was to our request and the atmosphere was well cared for proper protocols and safety.

Almost perfect. Food pretty much great except the breakfast potatoes are horrendous. !! Please fix them.
