Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lake Forest

This is a great location. Use the app to create your order in advance, then pick it up without having to interact with anybody. OR, go through the line and watch them make your meal. Parking is kind of a pain in the butt, but it 's a minorinconvenience. Updating to one star since their online customer service makes it impossible to get any issues fixed. Thislocation was fine, however their company is backwards. Their online ordering system is ridiculous when it comes to trying to getfundraising funds applied to my daughter 's school. I wasted more than an hour of my time through their Pepper app, chatting toa live person, but getting nowhere. Always promise that a person would from the fundraising team would contact me, but it neverhappens.

Food was good, order was correct and prepared on time.

Great service. Super clean. Gives sufficient quantity. Friendly and experienced staff. I don?t Mind driving a bit more to come to this location.

The food was great had a bowl with double meat of chicken and carnitas with brown rice beans veggies and guacammole.... everything I can say is....m m m m m m m m m good and I had chips with gamcamole and hot salsa...Fire

Had a great experience here with Chipotle. The service was spectacular, the food was even better. The crew is rocking.
