We order from Papa John's a few times a month. NEVER had a bad experience! I order online. Food is always ready and hot!

Called in to place a delivery order after checking in to my hotel. My delivery order was taken by, I?m assuming, a call center, and my card was charged for $26 and some change. I was told it would be delivered within 21 33 minutes. After waiting 45 minutesI called back to the same number and it said the store was closed. I googled and found a customer service number to call and wastold my order was voided AND it would be delivered in 27 minutes. Called again 30 minutes later and was given the exact samemessage ?your order has been voided and will be delivered in 27 minutes? Needless to say, it was never delivered and I wascharged. I was not made aware by text, call, or email that it would not be delivered. Unfortunately, I really liked papa John?sbefore this, but I will never support them again and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone going forward, especially theLake City, Florida location. All they needed to do was reach out to me and tell me it was voided they had all of my info, butchose not to give me a heads up. TLDR: NOT RECOMMENDED

I said it would be delivered within 21 33 minutes. after 45 minutes I wait for the same number again and it said the load was closed. I've been gogling and found a customer service number to call and was told to me my order is void and it would be delivered in 27 minutes. again called 30 minutes later and received the exact same message: "Your order is not bad and will be delivered in 27 minutes"Needless to say it has never been delivered and I was charged. I was not supplied by text, call or e-mail. Unfortunately I liked papa John’s before this, but I will never support them again and I will certainly not recommend going forward to everyone, especially the lake city, florida location. everything they had to do was to reach me and tell me it was not that they had all my information but decided not to give me heads. tldr: not recommended
