Krystal - Lake City

Kudos to the staff who worked 24 hours. The service was great, I thought my order was wrong, but the manager explained how the burgers are done, and she also let me know if I didn't like them they would refund me.... assured me I would enjoy them and I DID! great work everyone in Lake City Krystal!!!

This is the best place to feed the family and children in a jiffy. The service is friendly and fast. The only thing missing is a playground.

I have never had an experience like I had there last week... I was treated disrespectfully by an employee who's name I believe was Donny (thin, dark-skinned middle age man) who was obviously upset when I politely asked how long my order would take before ordering. I just wanted to make sure I would have time to get to work because I had been late previously because they took so long. I DIDN'T even mention that, I just simply ASKED, without being rude. He then responded sarcastically that it would take a long time. I thought he had a sense of humor and laughed along with him. THEN I pull up to the window. AND since I had asked about the time he announces to his coworkers the situation... and even one of them calls him petty... as he decided to let my order of only two krystal burgers sit on the counter for a couple minutes (yes, I could see my TWO Krystals the entire time) . He played around while making me wait. I contacted corporate who have yet to respond and this was last week, I have never been given such service and as someone who has worked in the service industry for over 10 years, I am appalled that this would be acceptable.

Krystal isn't in my hometown, so any time I get the chance, I go! I was really hungry, so i ordered five cute little yummy burgers, chili cheese fries, and dag-gone vanilla milkshake! OMG....so good! Nothing like this place. Staff was great and very accommodating in spite of their drink machine malfunction. BTW, eyes were bigger than stomach!

Hate I had to give 1 star place deserves no stars and should be shut down. Dirty as it gets and employees are rude and hide from customers. Employees beg customers to go away and not place orders. Scary. This place also closes at random times and always lights out 2 hours early. Shame feel sorry for managers and the owner, sad how terrible the place has gotten. Beware I suggest Wendy?s or Zaxbys anywhere but Krystal?s and Taco Bell. Look I waited 12 minutes and was treated terrible and they were suppose to be open. See how dirty that window is, she came to the window and was incredibly rude and almost violent at times. To be clear she never allowed me to order food although they were open!!
