Bidrage med feedbackFive plus stars!These people try their best to be friendly and give good service.I 've never had to wait more than a minute or two, and that speaks well that others are patronizing the Doughnut Hole.I 've been a huge fan of that place that everyone in Lake Charles considered THE BEST place in town, but let me tell you, the Doughnut Hole 's donuts beat them hands down!Super nice staff!I used to drive way out of my way to go to that other place, but am so glad I can get as good, actually better, at the Doughnut Hole!!!
They microwave all their food. Their coffee wasn't drinkable. I wouldn't go back.
This is my favorite donut place!! And the lady that worked on Monday January 16, 2023 is an amazing cashier!! She was super sweet and amazingly helpful!! Thank you for making my favorite donut place even better!!!
This is by far THE BEST donut shop in our area. Not only is their food the most amazing taste experience, but their menu offers so many more options than every donut shop in our area. I would give them more than 5 stars if there were a way. I’ve read complaints about the way people were treated poorly here, but that has not been my experience thus far. In fact, my customer service experience has been quite the opposite. Also, (I am scared to let you in on my favorite item because it may become so popular that they run out before I swing by) their crawfish pistolettes are absolutely incredible!! In summary, I love this place! Also, they offer great smoothies with the strawberry being my favorite!
Not only is the owner of this establishment extremely rude, but he refused to issue a refund after over charging me this morning and slammed the window in my face. This morning, Friday March 31st my brother and I ordered breakfast from doughnut hole per usual. As some of you may know, we are in the season of Lent, therefore we can not consume meat on Friday’s. While we were in the drive thru my brother accidentally ordered a “sausage egg and cheese croissant” and I immediately corrected him. He then told the woman taking our order to ring him up for an order of doughnut holes “instead”. We paid for our food and while waiting to receiver it we decided to order a smoothie also. When the woman returned and handed us 3 bags, I realized she charged us for the croissant as well. After making her aware of the mistake and that it was most likely the way my brother worded his order that confused her, I asked if we could switch it out for the smoothie which we were about to order. She then told me she couldn’t do so because she had warmed it up and handed it out already. As a fast food worker I completely understood so I asked for a refund. After returning with word from her manager that she could not do so, I asked to speak to him. As he approached the window it was quiet obvious that he was annoyed. I then explained to him that I was charged for something that I could not eat and wanted a refund or an exchange. He had an attitude and cut me off multiple times all because we were children. If we were adults, he would have never done so.
