5 stars because of the taste! service was also great. very expensive. eis and cupcakes were wonderful. not in the rule a fan of red velvet, this was amazing. clean and very simple. that was great.

Don't make the mistake of trying the Cupcake ATM. We ordered 4 cupcakes, waited 45 minutes then went inside to hear another 15 minutes and they are still loaded cupcakes. Close the Cupcake ATM if you do not have the staff or the ability to load it so that children are not disappointed. Very disappointed by Sprinkles. We are from NY and expect a great customer service here. Terrible experience! You're losing business!

We went to the store and saw no cupcakes or cookies. Instead there was a menu board with pictures of cupcakes and cookies. I don't know about you, but I want to see the actual product. I felt like a McDonald's. we went very disappointed. The store felt and smells damp and muffy.

We went shortly before they closed and the cupcakes were fresh and delicious. red velvet

This was such a dismal experience. I walked into an empty bakery that I wasn't even sure was open. Nobody else came in while I was there. I also never saw an employee until I had been standing there a couple minutes. She let me know it was self serve so I made my order, paid and she packed it up mostly out of view. She handed me my bag and walked away. This is an extreme introverts dream but anyone else would be turned way off. I also got horrendous food poisoning that took me days to recover from. Considering I watched this woman go from doing tasks to packing my order without seeing her wash her hands anywhere, that jives. Never again.
