Starbucks - Laguna Woods

Denise is so friendly and wonderful! After a hard morning in LA and coming how for a sweet coffee treat, it was a joy to be greeted by a joyful and sincere face! Thanks for turning the day around!!

I like the breakfast burrito. I would give it 5 stars if there was more than a tiny, very thin slice of bacon.

Did drive thru had to repeat tea 3 times, didn't get whole order she handed one st a time after she gave me tea she closed the window thought I had it all,

Can’t keep coming to this one. My entire order was wrong this morning. A cup of water a cup of ice?? I’ve never gotten a cup of JUST ice from Starbucks in my life without the water. They don’t read the labels when making drinks and several times I’ve had regular milk which kills my stomach. I saw them make my drink with regular milk again so I just drove off- took my damn $7 for free just for a cup of ice.

My wife and I got a drink today on Christmas Eve around 5pm and we both got a stomach ache a few hours after. This is a first at Starbucks and we are not coming back to this location
