Amazing food and amazing view! Definitely a place to go eat while at SPI!!!

The atmosphere is really great here. The owner and staff are really friendly and a bit cheeky which my husband loves. The food is so good here. I’ve had the hamburger and it is delicious. The chicken fried chicken is the best around, same with the chicken fried steak. Yum. Last week we tried the catfish and it was finger licking good!

The food is amazing, and the owners and employees are the nicest and most welcoming. I love eating here, and don't forget the dessert it's just like mom made it, you won't regret it.

We were traveling through the area and I was starving. We decided to give this place a try because it was the closest. We were very nicely surprised! Food was very good, and portions were very filling. I had the blackened chicken club and my husband had the patty melt. Both very good. I really enjoyed the coleslaw too. I would definitely eat there again.

I spent the last week in April 2024 birding around the RGV. Luckily, I found this place and ate there 3 times in 4 days. The toasted croissant with the chicken salad was excellent. Also had some amazing fried catfish and a Mesquite grilled chicken sandwich. The owner and waitstaff are funny and sweet. 100% will return. See you soon!
