Subway - Laguna Niguel

Let’s be real a sandwich is a sandwich and you really can’t go wrong with that, especially when making it your own. However for some reason all the Latino/Hispanic employees are consistently rude to my sister, myself and (recently I’ve noticed) to the senior community. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m from the area(live here), or that I happen to be of Mexican descent myself but whenever I place an order it’s the same. I rarely come down to this specific chain and only when my younger sister visits as she hardly eats Subway herself so it’s really a treat for her. My concern is I’ve seen the senior community get treated rudely for no reason whatsoever and in front of other customers who happen to only speak Spanish, I can understand and speak Spanish myself which is why I can tell what is being said is not nice. The workers take care of the Spanish speakers first even though they have other customers(non-Spanish speakers). I don’t want to make this an ethnic/race comment as many people interpret situations their own way, but some communities take more time to place the order or need that extra help. That still shouldn’t warrant the treatment they receive. Especially when they’ve been in this community a lot longer than this chain. I hope they get better staff so everyone, especially the senior community can be treated fairly.

I ordered catering from this store on August 6 and everything was delicious and ready on time for pickup as ordered. Alex helped me pick what fits best for my party, he was willing to accommodate us and was very pleasant to work with. The sandwiches were presented professionally and the cookies were very scrumptious and fresh. I highly recommend catering from this store. Thank you so much for the best service!!

Great Subway, the attendant was very polite, she made my breakfast sandwich and tasted amazing. The minus one star is because they only open at 9am now, by this time I am starving! I wish they started to open at 7am again.The store looked very clean and stocked, the mall they are situated is right next to Armstrong gardens.I had the steak, eggs and cheese 6 inches flat bread with tomato, onions and olive, plus the sriracha sauce. I don’t even have a picture since I are so fast! lol thank you Subway, please go back to open early!
