Starbucks - Laguna Niguel

Always friendly staff. Drinks are made perfect and always in a timely matter. Visit this location quite frequently and never an issue.

The clerk here told me they didn't have my drip coffee choice and it would take 10 minutes to brew some more. When I went to pay him I told him he could pour from the Pike's blend and that would be fine. But he said, no, he could rush the Christmas Blend brewing. He did. He went out of his way. When I remember his name, I will return to put it here. He was working the morning of December 9.

Not sure if the cashier was having a bad day or not,but she was so rude. No smile no thank you. I have had several issues with this starbucks. They take forever to make a drink. I order at home and drive here and still wait sometimes 15 min. So never again. I will stick to the one that has very friendly people.

According to Hailey, the dark roast coffee is only for mobile orders. Never mind that I'm standing in front of her asking to pay too much for that increasingly mediocre (weak and often lukewarm) cup of coffee... among other things. No offer of a pour over, or any other contingency plan on her part. No apology when I mentioned I would cancel the rest of my order. The quality and consistency of the products and casual indifference by the staff here has finally solved the problem of me being mostly disappointed with Starbucks these days. I'm done. This is always a great Starbucks to go to. Super fast and plenty of space to sit outside in the shade or in the sun. Just wish they had more places inside with outlets and chargers.
