Chipotle Mexican Grill - Laguna Niguel

Average food, lousy service. Waited at counter for service for 5 minutes while the staff was no where to be seen. Mentioned it to manager, he didn't seem to care.

The gentleman named Jordan went above and beyond delivering great customer service!

Because we have so much excellent Mexican food in Southern California I've always ripped on this place, but in reality it's really good. The quality of the food is good, the portions are huge, and the prices are fair. I hate corporate chain food, but overall they've done a great job for a bunch of white people making Mexican food.

What happened chipotle?? They changed some of there meats cause you can tell the chicken is more dry, the steak is more fat then Meat. So they definitely are getting cheaper meat now. Also what is going on with the SKIMPY PORTIONS!!! This is now 3-4 time now. Going down hill!

We live a mile away and love being near Chipotle. It's a great go to for lunch or dinner! That said. We've given this location (pick-up and order in) 2 more chances and have come to realize that the quality of their food and their portions need improvement. Portions are small. I hope they figure it out because we love Chipotle as a company and this location is not representing the franchise well.
