Native Foods - Lagos

Very disappointed with the service. We were served food in broken plates. We asked the waiter to call the manager so we can lay an official complain but she said manager wouldn’t come. We insisted. She went and come back to tell us that the manager will not come to listen to our complain. Terrible customer service. Food wasn’t great either. Not going back there.

The place is nice, the staffs are friendly and they allowed us to stay up to 3 hours before sending us out. They said we should buy another food or pay for reservation. We wanted to get drinks but they said No. I went there with a friend and we had the native jollof rice with Watermelon juice. It was a bit good but the beef wasn't soft. The restroom is nice and clean also

2nd visit and I'll say 6.5/10. Food was good, service was average and the atmosphere was good too though busier than the last time.

This definitely is one of nicest places to eat with your loved ones and kids. The food is good, the service is commendable, the adequately managed space is beautiful, and the ambience is warm and welcoming. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. Kudos.
