Kilimanjaro Okota - Lagos

I've always heard about Kilimanjaro, but never visited any of their outlets...so i decided to try this. They have a very nice setting, nice lights and all... the only downside to it is the place was rather hot...I don't know if some of their ACs weren't working because they had up to 6 standing ones asides the normal split ACs... well that aside, let's get to what I ordered.. I was surprised to see they had burgers so I decided to try it out.. on asking what the burgers contained.. it had everything from lettuce to cucumbers, tomatoes, beef and the sauce but no Cheese... I was rather skeptical, but I decided to order it with their meatpie.. and Boy was I pleasantly surprised.. the taste was amazing for that price...Unbelievable!!! And the meatpie was also very good, it had meat all through, with no signs of potatoes like our normal Naija eateries do. I will definitely be ordering these two anytime I'm there next.. I give it a definite 10/10... now imagine if they add Cheese to the burger it will be off the Hook.

The only thing good might just be the atmosphere and food The service isn’t great, by service, I mean wait time for your meals It’s best you buy whatever is available that you like

Parking space is enough and they food is enticing, everything is well organised, but porridge beans need to work on

Always flooded. The drainage system there is appalling. So bad is it that u have to step on flood to set your feet into the restaurant. Their food is cool though.

For some reasons which were not so clear, the service was poor. I requested the food be heated because I needed hot food (not warm please). Suprisingly there was no microwave and after about 15mins (discussing with my friend) we requested for our food only to discover only the plates were relatively warm and when we asked, we were told they put it in their 'holding cabin '. We were disappointed and instead of apology, the supervisor was defending that the food is already warm not minding my explanation of my need for hot food. I expected more from them and I kindly tokd her that I use Kilimanjaro at different places a lot and comparing them, their service has been my worst experience.
