Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Lago Vista

The chicken was very stale and dry. It tasted as if they had it on the shelf for days.

Completely messed up my order by missing items and giving me the incorrect menu item. Also sent me old biscuit's.

Food was cold and I was missing items from my order.. Never will never order again from here. I need my reimbursement

The latest comment by the owner about having to close at 4:30 PM due to COVID 19 makes little to no sense. In fact you would think that a business such as this which has almost no contact with the customer would thrive. These hours pretty much eliminate them as a dinner option and have made me cross them off my list.

Pandemic update: from the owner: we have a snack pack with two tenders, fries, and a biscuit for 3.99.Most of the sides do come separate. A 2/3/4 piece chicken comes with a biscuit.As for COVID, we're only open from 9:30am to 4:00pm.After 4pm we bag up what is left at discounted prices until sold.We have to stop selling those at 7/8 pm because of the shelf life policy.Once we can stay open longer we can start doing specials and other combos.
