They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times in the last few months. Missing a smoothie from a meal and then trying to charge me full price for a smoothie that was supposed to be discounted in the meal. Also, Smokey grilled cheese was not toasted, it still had solid cold cheese- not once but twice in two weeks. I just order and the same happened again! This is one of my son's favorite places to eat. They have a great menu that is tasty and healthy. He is enrolled in the app and rewards program. He used his points to get a free smoothie and purchased a sandwich as well.

I went to the drive-thru and order myself a strawberry-banana smoothie. Staff at the window was friendly and helpful since it was my first time trying a smoothie..i will go back over there with my grandkids.

Place an order for delivery and never received it. I called them and told them to redeliver but did not get the order. I made the calls to get reimburse and the girl from tropical smoothie gave me door dash number I called them and they called tropical smoothie and they called me back and I gave the details. I've been a few times now and the smoothies are good. I always forget that there's only one size though so I feel a little dumb when I ask what sizes they offer.
