Social Southern Table & Bar - Lafayette

Another great spot in Lafayette, LA. I love the decor and ambience at this place. It was a busy dinner and they put me in that littlr corner which was very comfortable. Unfortunately I was forgotten for almost 15min until the waitress final made her way. I chooses the Pilsner Beer which was actually a good one, than I proceed to shrimp with Grits and for Dessert I choosed the Brownie. I would say the food is ok neither great or bad ? I think is a bit overpriced for what you get but not terrible? I dont think i would come back? but bestbof luck

This meal was amazing! Definitely never had smoked fried chicken! Super unique flavor. Fried green tomatoes appetizer and the sauce that came with it were amazing. The biscuits were everything I expected, macaroni was on point and the orange blossom drink our server recommended was delicious. Great atmosphere as well and our server Shasta was very attentive. Glad I finally got to check this place out and will definitely be back.

Interesting design interior and the bathroom is chic. We came during happy hours, but unfortunately I can?t have Moscato by glass, need to buy a bottle

My buddy loves this place. I got the turkey sandwich but they were out of turkey so they subbed it with pork and it did not disappoint. I'm not a big fry guy but they have a good fry potentially it was the sauce that made it so tasty. Definitely has that earthy -hipster whiskey and craft beer bar vibe decor... Which makes sense because they do have those things. Now I know why there's so many cars at this place all the time. Oh and the outdoor seating was spot on with a cool autumn day.

Great food and even better service! Jhon was beyond stellar. They need to train whoever it is who answers the phone better. We almost cancelled our reservation because when we asked the dress code the girl told us everyone wore suit jackets and dresses unless you sat at the bar. When we showed up it was totally casual. It would have been upsetting to miss such a great meal due to the fact what she told us was completely untrue. Oh and if you are a Bourbon lover this is your place. They had at least 5 pages of bourbons to choose from.
