Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lafayette

I 've only been to this location twice, but each time I went the employees were super friendly and helpful. The entire menu is a build your own style so everyone should be able to get something they enjoy. The chips are also super tasty (but sometimes a little on the salty side).

Very polite employees, but the general manager is clearly under staffing the store. The employees were trying hard to keep up, but they were stressed and spread thin. No guac when I went and they didn't intend on making more (too busy). Not their fault, a new general manager would help the store greatly.

I wish they would go back to the amount of options they used to have. Also, i understand inflation, but if you're going to charge more, at least serve the same amof food. Raising priand lowering the amount of food is ridiculous.

I went here one day for the first time and I ordered a bowl online,(first time)online i noted ?cold items on side? the girl at the counter ask me my name she seen my ticket she told me with an ATTITUDE ?they have a option for this online, so WE MAKING IT LIKE THIS? with a ATTITUDEEEEEE!!!! Restaurant needs to work on there customer service skills!!

A good place for a Mexican grill meal. The choices are well served and with a good amount of food. The guacamole is very good. The burrito has good options. And of course, there are options of tacos, quesadilla, and chips. Overall, it's a good option and I recommend it.
