Reserved by an app for a bigger party. it was immediately said that reservations were accepted. Then why could I go on first?

The hostess, ash, was very rude when we came in. when we told her that we had made a reservation on open table, she rolled her eyes and said, "we don't take these reservations." it was still rude until we came to our table. jesse, the waiter, was so nice and pleasant.

They said they didn't have our reservation and that they didn't even make reservations and that was 30 minutes after they waited for us to know when our table was ready. we arrived at 10:15 a.m., we were not eaten until 11 and we did not begin to get our food until almost midnight. last person got there eating after they tvs and most lighter in the opposite they left over / around our stands on. this was one of the worst experiences I had and I love bww. this was very painful embarrassing and annoying, especially when they book for from the city family / in-laws, who visited and they need to wait 2 hours for their food:

Our waitress was excellent and very helpful. highly recommended. the hostess, who sat on a table, was unwilling and rude. the food was good.

It was good , good food and recommend reserving your table ahead of time , we didn’t have to wait
