We came to celebrate New Years Eve. We enjoy this restaurant for special occasions. Our meals were delicious. I appreciate their having many vegetarian options. Our server and the staff were friendly and competent. The pianist was very good and the atmosphere was great, except of one thing. Most of the guests were very well mannered, including a family with young children. Unfortunately two couples came with babies who were squealing and crying loudly at times. We thought it was inappropriate to bring babies to a nice restaurant on New Years Eve when they could have gone somewhere more casual or got a sitter. We were somewhat disappointed the staff did not give out favors (hats, leis and horns) like they did last year when we came at the same time. There was a box of them on a table, however they not give them out.
