Gator's Dockside The Villages

I usually enjoy Gator dockside wings however this time ther were burnt. Extremely disappointed.

Omg!!!! are you serious!! the burger patty is the size of a half dollar. this is completely ridiculous. this will be the last time i waste my money or time with this so called restaurant. absolutely the worst Ive ever had

There with friends and sat outside. waitstaff has always helped us and finally one stopped, asked if we had waited and when we said we had not commanded. this was a waitress that we went several times before. waited one because for our food that was delivered by someone else than our waitress and that was cool when it was a because sat. they were not all busy. it is a beautiful location and eating when served at the right temperature should be good. it is not a way to space when they want to entertain friends. waitstaff seems slender and their areas to work not very well named.

Here on the commemorative day and saw the sign on the door, which noted the limited staff, but we came in anyway. our server, laura, took our drinks order of water around and also took our food orders. after the presentation of drinks followed the wait. a philly steak, mahi tacos and a burger were ordered to share. that seemed to wait long so that personal shortage must also be in the kitchen, as it took a past to get food. the eating was hot presented and the divided burger was divided in the half and fryed on two plates separated, nice. eating was delicious and all the people in our party were quite satisfied after waiting. they have to be patient when they eat here, but probably worth it. the philly steak was phenomenal and swirl leaves were very good.

Service was horrible!! My Aunt and I sat at the table for 15 min and no one came to the table, this party just sat down and a server went right to them. So we asked who was taking care of the table and she told us she would be with us in a little bit. The table she was at said no take care of them first they have been here waiting for a while. The place was not busy at all we waited along time for the drinks to even come back. When we ordered our food we got it and no one brought us silverware so we had to eat half our meals with no silverware.. we couldn't find our server to ask her for anything, she only came to the table to take the order drink the drinks, then when we were taking the last bit of our food that's when she came to ask if we needed anything.. she only became attentive when she gave us our checks.. I think her name was Aaron but she had tattoos all on her arms.
