This review is specifically for the newly opened drive thru at Antonio cor. Oso Parkways. As expected, this store has many new employees but a few are notably lacking customer service skills. They seem to act like high school students forced to complete a project they're showing very little enthusiasm! Anyway, on the good side, this store opens the earliest in the area which is good for early birds like me. However, today, 6/8, at about 4:50 am, one of the store workers didn't appear to be ready for work. She missed my order two times and blamed her earpiece for it, had trouble scanning my app and blamed the scanner for it, and, worse, gave me a wrong item that prompted me to drive back to get it rectified. Either it was too early for her to work or her brain was somewhere else I had to remind her that it was too early for her to make a series of mistakes and such reflected poorly on Starbucks service standards. In fairness, she (and her fellow worker) was quick to apologize. Well, I am hoping to find sharper, more focused frontline worker with customer satisfaction mindset next time. Management may need to enhance staff training and support.

What is the point of having hours posted if you dont follow what is posted.. and if you are closing in 10 minutes, which is 40 minutes earlier than what is posted, tell people before they buy a drink and set down with the paper! and dont make me wait 45 god dammed minutes for me drink and give it to me 2 minutes before closing!! close this location!!
