Dunkin' - Laconia

This is a busier Dunkins. With no drive thru option and high employee turnover rate, the wait time here can be very long. There are definitely a few good workers here delivering great coffee but very hit or miss. Depends on the day.

Mario is wonderful! He makes great coffee, always greets me by name, and asks me how I am doing! It makes my morning that much better! I was at work and overheard co-workers talking about an employee at Dunkin?s they loved and just from what they weresaying I already knew they were also talking about Mario! Give him a raise! He definitely earns it!

Just bummed no more bacon jalepeno cheese hash browns.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at Dunks. Told 2 different employees I had a mobile order. They didn’t say 2 words to me. I wasn’t trying to be pushy or impatient but I wasn’t sure if they were still making it or what was going on. Gave me my drink still didn’t say 2 words to me. My bad for ordering

Rude as can be I spend $100s of dollars a week at Dunkin’s and am passing through Laconia and they lock their bathroom normally I would offer to buy something anyone but women was screaming at her employee and customers and demanded I buy a donut at minimum she said due to prior events the bathroom will be locked googled anything that could she gone wrong and saw nothing. Completely rude and unacceptable with the attitude. I never use a bathroom and not buy something but demanding someone needs to in order to pee is insane.
