Filthy bathroom. Practically ignored by staff. Card machine not working.

As a well earned Tim's patron giver of my ? I honestly should be vested as a stock holder of Tim's!! I couldn't won't drink or order coffee my bagel anywhere but Tim's!! .... Now if only my luck would change w a RrrrrrOlllll -up the rimmage to winnage, I mean lose!! ??To management owners( Mrs Timothy Horton, I was 4 when your husband played with Buffalo well he's still missed today!!! ? back to management... I'm due for a new jeep, but I'll settle for a gift card!! ??Lol ?

Waited for service for a while. The cashier just dumped my change on the counter. I'm Caucasian, he is African-American. I was polite yet, he was curt and seemed annoyed by me.

Girl who took my order got an attitude b/c I said I was allergic to eggs and asked can they not put it on there and then threw the stuff in the bag.

Been through the drive-thru 6 or 7 times to order a croissant sandwich, including 6am. They are 100% sold out of croissants for the day each time. Why not just tell us you don 't make them or remove from the menu?I went inside one time at 7pm to order a couple homeless guys in the cold, some warm sandwiches. Cashier looked confused and told me they were done making sandwiches for the night.Don 't waste your time here. Go up the road to one of the other 15 Tim Hortons within a 5 mile radius.
