Starbucks - Lackawanna

Extremely slow service. Too many employees pretend to move around.

Came to pick up just take out for my teen nephew, at 9:40 pm, just take out order. Staff there didn’t say hello or anything no welcome words nor initiated taking order just kept counting cash instead, even though me and my teen nephew standing right in front of her.Waited waited, she took my order finally (in not friendly manner)when counting cash is done I guess. Overall, not good experience. I believe usually its not like this , usually staffs at Starbucks are very friendly, tonight’s experience was little odd.

Today was honestly the hottest hell of a day and after hiking from downtown Toronto to Major Mackenzie, I accidentally ordered a hot Americano instead of the shaken oat expresso. I just accepted my fate but the dude barista with the pink hat was so nice and gave me the iced drink no charge ?. Place giving Luffy one peice vibez

Terrible customer service (treats you in a condescending way when you want to get a pup cup for your dog) and subpar quality of drinks. It's just a 3/4 ingredient drink and the baristas are still unable to make it properly. Was completed dismissed when I raised this.
