Wow... Such a great experience. Definitely coming back here for date night.

We made reservations for my birthday last night and it was fabulous. Kristi was our server and she was very knowledgeable and efficient. She was such a delight and helped make my birthday special.The food was amazing and can't wait to come back and try something new. Thank you Bocca.

We used to go to Trinacria in downtown Olympia for the best Southern Italian Food in the South Sound area. It was actually Sicilian cuisine and a very small place. When the owner passed away a few years ago I was very sad. My parent came here from Italy. He was from Gizzeria, Calabria and She from Villarosa, Sicilia. I was raised back east with great food and I used to visit my family there every year and a half.. Bocca 's has to be hands down. the best Southern Italian Trattoria in Washington. I did not know it was here until I ran across it searching the internet. We went last night on Sunday, Dec. 3rd and was surprised by the smallness of the place but pleased with the aromas coning from the kitchen. My wife had the Sea Bass and I had Pappardelle with Wild Boar ragu. We also shared a Ceasar Salad and an Arancini. The Sea Bass was perfectly cooked and very flavorful, and the pasta was homemade and al dente with the sauce being very sinfully great . I hardly ever take-home food but between the Arancini and the pasta, I was so full I had to take the rest. We also took home another Arancini and 2 homemade Cannoli 's. The Arancini 's and Cannolo were the best I have ever had since last time I was in Sicily and Calabria. This Neapolitan Chef has the heart of his heritage and additionally a Calabrese and Siciliano heart and truly loves the great food from Southern Italy. We will be eating there at least once a week in the future.. PLEASE make a reservation as it is very full all the time.

The food was great. Real authentic Italian, which I haven’t had since the east coast. The gnocchi and spaghetti with meatball were excellent. The waitress was very professional. The chef thanked us as we walked out. Grazie Bacco Trattoria!!

This is hands down the best Italian restaurant around. The food is stellar the staff is amazing and friendly. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The chef is wonderful. I don't like gnocchi but their Gnocchi Tartufata is so good I come back for more. The Pollo Marsala is full of flavor and the chicken is juicy. The chicken and mushroom straccetti is amazing too. For dessert, I've never liked tiramasu. However, theirs is delicious, light fluffy and decadent without being overly rich and sits gently on the stomach. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.
