Buena Vista - Laboe

The gulls pulled their circles and we looked after the ships.... Today we are on the other side of the Baltic Sea to visit the Marine Ehrenmal and the U Boot 995. A few hundred meters further is located on the beach promenade the Buena Vista, here mainly tapas are offered. Since we had reserved a table for dinner in a Büsumer fish restaurant, we wanted to eat only a little bite in the early afternoon. On the revolving terrace of the restaurant we find the last free table with a wonderful sunshine, here there is already a menu available, and there is also a separate beverage and cocktail card. A young female service welcomes us shortly later and accepts our drinks requests, a Coke 0.33 l to 3,20 €, a Pils 0.3 l to 2,60 € and a glass of Sangria 0.2 l to 3, €. At the same time, we get a prefabricated notebook, here only the desired number has to be noted in addition to the numbers of the listed tapas. I think that's okay, so there's nothing to forget about a bigger order. Our drinks are very flotted, the Coke in the bottle with straw, the Sangria with a lonely quarter slice of applesine is drinkable, more not, probably a sprinkled Tetra Pak product. Our modest selection: Pan freshly baked baguette bread 2, € Ali Oli garlic dip 1, € Dátiles En Bacon Baked dates in the bacon 4,50 € Champignones Con Salsa De Naranja Champignons in cinnamon orange sauce with goat cheese fixín 4,80 € Ensalada Mixta mixed salad with mangodressing 4,80 € Sure, there's almost everything prepared and just warmed up or dressed. The baking baguette is very hot, crispy and not cut, relatively unspectacular. My husband has seen on the way to the toilet that you use a cheap product from the film pack. It's a shame that could be better. The Ali Oli is a bit too sweet, little knobi, certainly also a convenience product. The dates are okay, a big portion (about 6 pieces? Junior doesn't taste them, my husband is happy, for me the ratio isn't true, huge dates and a little bit chesy bacon. The champignons are for me tastefully something more convincing, though not protruding, the sauce is quite thin with fine orange aroma, the cinnamon can only be seen, but the goat cheese is beautifully spicy. The salad is cut into mouth-like pieces, various leaf salads and if I remember correctly onions and fine carrots and pepper strips, the mangodressing is slightly fruity spicy. Buena Vista the food na yes, the view brilliant, the latter would be on occasion evtl. to make another visit. Breakfast, cakes, ice cream, Crema Catalana and 6 children tapas (unessentially cheaper are also offered. The Cava brut 0.1 l on ice at 3.50 € is highly recommended. All in all, I would rate the food with just 2.5*, here is really still air up, the PLV I see at 3*, the prices are ok for the Touri area, but a somewhat better quality would be desirable. The interior I did not see consciously, but everything worked very neat and well maintained, even the toilets were decent clean despite the many guests. The tables on the terrace are very narrow, but so we have met with very nice holidaymakers and landlords of an apartment. The young service team was friendly, attentive and very flashing, there was eye contact, so someone was always present to receive more wishes. The payment process with card at the table was completely smooth and quick.

Super tapas restaurant! Beautiful location right on the beach, with the possibility to sit on the outside terrace, great furnished really very delicious. In the end, you can only recommend the Buena Vista.
