Velo Cafe - Labin

I was very happy for vegan options, espresso was good (not exceptional) and so was eating. beautiful place overall when it is on the way.

Nice local. We had the vegan burger. It was good, but not great. (a littel bit cold).There Was some vegan rice With asparagus too, all marked as vegan. There aren't other vegan options in the area so... But the chocolate icecream was delicious.

The bean burger was the only vegan option. It was pretty good. We went at lunch time and it was only 30 kuna. Probably the only vegan option in the old town of Labin. Not too much other choice for veggies.

There are two clearly marked vegan options on the menu, plus also gluten free options. I had the butter bean burger which was really good and came with lots of grilled vegetables and a salad I really enjoyed it! The staff are lovely and it was so nice to have a proper meal after eating mostly pasta in other Croatian restaurants that really don’t cater well for vegetarians or vegans. So nice to have some protein in my meal!

It was nice to find vegan food in this small town. I had butter bean burger (55 kuna) and it was good. Nothing special, but after eating pizza without cheese many nights in a row, I was so happy to find this place.
